In this one-day workshop, we will learn how to paint realistic waves with beautiful translucency and volume. We will explore how light affects color in the water. We will learn how to capture the energy and movement of the waves.
While working on the waves, we’ll review the Color basics so that you can avoid chalky and muddy colors in your pastel seascapes.
Some experience with pastels is necessary to make the most of the workshop.
The reference photo used in the demo will be provided (screen version).
